Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and returns work at Konkrete Karats Ltd, across ready-made stock pieces, bespoke commissions, and our 10-Year Guarantee & Buyback Card. It sits alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Ready-Made / Stock ItemsItems sold from existing stock qualify for the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

• 14 days from delivery to cancel, plus 14 more days to return the item

• Must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and documentation

• Refunds issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return

• Return postage paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty

• A deduction may apply if handling has reduced the item's value

2. Bespoke & Custom CommissionsBespoke, custom, resized, or engraved pieces are made to order and are excluded from the 14-day cooling-off right.

• Deposits are non-refundable from the point of payment

• The balance is due on completion, before the piece is released

• Once confirmed, bespoke orders can't be cancelled for a refund — instead, every bespoke piece is covered by our 10-Year Guarantee & Buyback Card (below)

3. 10-Year Guarantee & Buyback CardEvery bespoke commission automatically includes this guarantee at no extra cost.

• For 10 years from delivery, we will buy the piece back from you if you wish to return it

• Buyback price is based on the current market value of the gold and diamond content at the time of buyback, not the original price

• The card (or its reference number) must be presented to claim a buyback

• The piece is inspected before any offer is confirmed

• Payment is by bank transfer, typically within 14 days

4. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed ItemsYour rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by the above.

• Report faults within 30 days for a refund or replacement; after that, we'll normally offer a repair or replacement first

• We cover return postage for faulty or misdescribed items — contact us first

5. ExclusionsFitted grillz, altered/engraved items once adjusted, items showing wear beyond inspection, and items missing original packaging or documentation.

Delivery Policy

1. Office CollectionAvailable by appointment from our trading address. Bring valid photo ID matching the order, and payment confirmation for higher-value pieces. Timing is confirmed with you individually.

2. Next-Day Tracked ShippingFor stock items, sent via tracked, signed-for courier.

• A flat delivery fee applies, confirmed at order

• A tracking reference is provided once dispatched

• Dispatch timing is confirmed case-by-case

• A signature is required on all deliveries

• Risk passes to you once the courier obtains a signature

3. Bespoke Hand DeliveryAll bespoke pieces are hand-delivered in person by Antonio Valentin Puscas or a member of the Konkrete Karats team — never sent by courier.

• Location, date and time are arranged individually with no fixed area

• The final balance must be cleared before delivery

• You (or someone you've named to us in advance) must be present, with photo ID

4. Risk, Title & Failed Deliveries

• Courier: risk passes on signature; title passes once paid in full

• Hand delivery: risk and title pass at handover, once the balance clears

• Failed courier delivery: redelivery arranged, a fee may apply if the failure was outside our control

• Missed hand-delivery appointments will be rearranged; repeated no-shows may incur a reasonable cost
